Dear friends,

As of July 31, 2010 the Parks that are in conditions to carry out the works of School for the second and fourth groups are the following:

1 Red Bluff, United States, lacking a workshop, C of W unfinished, lacking C of S

2 Hudson Valley, United States, there is no webpage. C of W unfinished, lacking a workshop, and C of S

3 La Unión, Colombia, lacking a good broadband system, and C of S

4 Montecillo, Bolivia, lacking a workshop and C of S

5 Caucaia, Brazil. Lacking a C of S

6 Piribebuy, Paraguay. Lacking a workshop

7 Los Manantiales, Chile.

8 Punta de Vacas, Argentina

9 La Reja, Argentina

10 Carcaraña, Argentina, lacking C of S

11 Chaco, Argentina, lacking C of S

12 Patagonia Norte, Argentina, lacking remodeling the C of S and workshop

13 Toledo, Spain, C of W under construction

14 Attigliano, Italy, lacking C of S

15 Casa Giorgi, Italia, lacking  C of S

16  La Belle Idée, France.

17 Mikebuda, Hungry, lacking a C of S

18 Berlin, Germany, use of buildings still to be determined

19 Kandharoli, India, C of W unfinished, lacking C of S and broadband

20 Banahaw, Philippines, lacking workshop and C of S

For a Park to operate the adequate conditions are: Commission, legalization, Personnel of the School, Buildings (C of W and/or C of S, workshop) and capacity for broadband connection to the whole.

There are other Parks and projects that have been in process in recent times but they are not in adequate conditions to carry out the works of School. After January 2010 we will reconsider this theme of the new Parks.

As of July 31st 2010 we consider only these 20 Parks as operating. We will not consider at this stage those still short of having the conditions.

The requirements just seen are those indispensable to be a Park. Those are the Parks in operation, and regarding the others we will see when they fulfill the conditions, after January 2011.

Regarding the autonomy of the Parks, we cannot speak of autonomy while there are no Parks. If they are autonomous, it means they do not have to ask for the opinion of others who are not in those Parks. It is precisely those Parks, not others, who decide about themselves. This autonomy will begin January 2011.

As for the Masters. Who are the Masters today? Those who have done the works of School. So, for a Park to be autonomous, it must fulfill the requirements already mentioned and have personnel of the School.

There is nothing to review regarding the first group. That is not the case with the second group, who are doing their things and who finish their process at the end of November. The third group never existed nor contributed anything. That’s how things are; nothing prevents the fourth group from starting. We have the names of the Masters from the first group. And those who begin their second group, we will know who they are on the 7th of  August when they go to the 20 Parks. There are no others. They are real and are not lists that circulate.

We also know which are these 20 Parks that will work to turn-out new Masters. The first group already finished and the third group never existed. The second group, its tracks will be followed after 7 August and afterwards there will be an election with those who finish.

The theme is when to start the leveling for the fourth group. We will begin it next 14th of August (remember today is the 1st of August). Those who attend will follow in the tracks of the fourth group. The leveling could be shorter; two months. Each disciplinary step is worked for one week. The first quatern is given at the first meeting of the disciplinary process. Once again, we recommend doing these works at the Parks. By mid January 2011 we will have everything assembled. Masters with the works done and elected. Masters are Masters, whether they come from the first, second, or fourth group. And we can do the Final Examination and give the Ascesis with all of them, simultaneously. There we close that entire stage.

And what is the School? It is that ensemble of Masters with and in their respective places. And there, on giving that final examination with those last elements, we will say how the autonomous Parks will operate. This stage closes mid-January.

And it could be that in those two days in January we bring together all the people of the School; we could do it mid-January, in P d V. We will spread the people out in the places nearby the Park. P de V is a place of convergence in this case, but what counts is each Park. We could with time prepare a massive meeting for mid-January.

We are advising everyone about this and also about the milestones foreseen for the second and the fourth groups.

Autonomy of the Parks

It is those who put the Parks in motion, whether they make mistakes or not, that will make the decisions. Those are the people who are in charge and give the directions. And if they make mistakes they will clash with the people in the entire Park. It is not that one person takes charge on their own; it is those who have done the things, that is what corresponds.

When autonomy of implementation begins to develop the Parks will really be deciding. But we are not going to have a centralized organization; such a thing does not exist.

As far as can be seen, the Parks are working, and everything is very well with the people. Some Parks will be more acceptable than others, some situations more favorable, and that is all very well. The problem will be when people step on each other because of overcrowding (when they saturate). Then they will think of opening another Park. And it will be as though they start from zero. Here we have little space, they will say, and so we will open another Park. And in the future, the parks may do their own leveling and disciplinary processes, without asking anyone for advice.

It is very possible that the Parks will grow in that way. And no-one is more authorized to put a new Park in motion than those (who set it up). If there is sufficient strength, this matter of opening new Parks could gain significant thrust. It is interesting and just that those who put a Park in motion should take charge of opening new Parks. It has the flavor of justice; those who have set-up things and now decide to set-up new things, why not? It is not necessary to ask anyone for permission. And as of when? Whenever they want.

This is what has to do with the functioning at this stage. And we do not leave it in the hand of lists; people take it and do it or don’t do it.

Dear Friends,

Concerning the questions made recently regarding those people who have had difficulties attending their leveling meeting or, in the case of the process of the Disciplines, their change of quatern meeting, we can tell you that the following has been seen as appropriate:

1) The Leveling process is a whole unto itself, delivered in three meetings, two of one day and a third of two days, and there are no make-up days for these meetings. That is, whoever can not attend the three meetings planned for the process does not finish the process and must retake it from the beginning if there is a new opportunity for leveling.

2) The process of the Disciplines is also a whole unto itself, divided into three quaterns, which are delivered in three meetings of one day each, and there are no make-up days for these meetings. That is, whoever can not attend the three meetings planned for the process does not finish the Discipline process and must retake it from the beginning if there is a new opportunity to receive the three quaterns of a given Discipline.  In this case, it would suffice to join in the new Discipline process from the first quatern, without re-doing the process of leveling again (unless the participant thought it would be appropriate to carry it out again.)

With this it is clear that there will be no exceptions in leveling or in the Disciplines. And neither will there be changes from one Discipline to another during the Discipline process.

Warmest greetings,

Pancho and Robby

Dear Friends,

1) Soon we will have a meeting with all the Masters and the postulants to Masters. This will take place on Saturday the 29th of May and we will add on a day to improve the details that this situation produces. We will begin on Saturday the 29th at 12 noon and finish on Sunday the 30th at some time in the afternoon. This will be held in the Center of Studies in Punta de Vacas, and in the Hall, where the review and promotion to the School will be produced.

At this moment there are 53 members of School and 68 possible Postulants.

Upon finishing the aforementioned operations we will be in conditions to take on the works of School in their totality.

2) On Saturday, the 17th of July, a 12 noon, we will carry out the meetings of incorporation to the School with all those who feel and are in conditions to pass on to this stage, simultaneously and solely in the Parks of Study and Reflection (recognized by the School).

Finishing this stage we will count on a number superior to a thousand Masters.

At this moment the Parks will become organizationally decentralized.

3) Up to now it has become known that only 126 persons have registered to participate in the activities in what was known as the third group of Leveling scheduled for the 29th of May… this cannot be, and so it is preferable that those 126 registered wait for the last days of December when there will begin a final leveling and work that corresponds to the School.

With warmest regards,

for the School

Τι κάνουμε 30-1-2010

What We’re Doing

January 30, 2010

Very well. We are going to give general explanations about what we’re doing… and what we need to do. “Lenin”. What shall we do? What we’re up to and what we need to do. Of course, we’ve already filmed this, but it doesn’t matter. We’re going to film it again. In our way and in our style.

Pancho, we’re going to consider two important works: the works of leveling and the works of the Disciplines. Which means that we have already done a complete leveling of the first group. That’s already something. Something we have done satisfactorily. We’re going to cite the things we have done satisfactorily. Why not? If we don’t do a little bit of propaganda about ourselves – who will? Right?

Of course.

In this way we have things for the second group clear.  And it’s very similar. Some will recall this because they were in the first group. And it will have the same mechanics. We just need to fix the dates. And we already know where they are. And we’ll participate in the presentation to the group, and then the works that people will do come after. Right? And the theme of the Disciplines, which we’re also going to deal with…
In the theme of the Disciplines: the registration for the Disciplines closes today, the 30th. That is, in a few more hours.

Right.

Less than an hour.

Less, 45 minutes. And then more things happen…

Of course,

…outside of the calendar. Good.

More things happen. There’s all the preparation for the recording that we have to do for the meetings of the postulants of the second group. And the recordings for the quaterns of each Discipline, too.

Good.

So we’re talking about leveling and the Disciplines and things, about this whole strange thing, but… The leveling has been done by quite a number of our people. How many people did the first leveling?

1652 people did the first leveling.

And now we start with the second leveling. That is, a second group. And how many people are in that?

Well, there are already 2500 registered, and there’s still a month to go.

Okay.

Up to February 28.

Okay. A second group of people who are going to participate in that. Good. Okay, and where will they participate, how are these people of the second group of leveling going to participate?

Like those of the first, in the Parks.

Negro: In the same Parks?

Yes.

Or in different Parks?

No, because there are more Parks that have been added.

Ah!

Here is a list of the Parks that have been added. There are 20 parks.

20 Parks! How quickly did those 20 Parks get up and running? To have an idea of the things that have been done.

Those 20 Parks got up and running in the past 4 months, right?

Well, that’s not bad at all. 20 Parks that will be the backbone of the places of work. That means that when we make new advances, in numbers of people and so on, it will be very good to reach another good number of Parks. It means that while we’re doing this thing of the second group, we keep setting up Parks. It’s not that everything that we’re doing with the Parks stops and that we start up again after this group finishes. No, no way. We’re starting up other Parks. And we believe, according to pretty erratic calculations, we believe that we can get about 30 Parks going, and from there we can get about 1000 masters, 1000 significant people, so as to initiate a new, very massive impulse.

So that when we finish the works of the second group, we should have 20 Parks, and incorporated about 1000 masters. At which point we can start moving toward the large number of people we need.

This isn’t hard to understand. It’s a bit special, but… And we aspire to reach that, which is what we had planned at the time. I don’t know if you remember that we had aspired to 30 Parks, to 1000 masters, all that, when we hadn’t even… we had done very little. But it’s not a bad prospect. Doing it is perfectly possible, but it’ll take a bit of energy. So in fact we’re not doing things so badly. And the planning has been pretty accurate.

And ahead of schedule, because we’d thought that for 2012…

But that was just in case. Sure. Pretty decent. Pretty decent. But the big mess is going to come after, Pancho. Because 30 Parks, who knows how many masters, all that is good, but a flood… who will be able to stand it… because we need many places, and we need many people to collaborate. That’s one aspect. And furthermore, we need many people with an interesting direction. Not a lot of people to hand out pamphlets. That’s going to be quite a job. Perhaps we can, but it’s going to be a flood, and a mess, and… And I don’t know if 20 Parks are going to be enough, or what we’re going to have to do. Because we should remember that if we want many Parks and many people in motion, with a certain quality and so on, we have to bear in mind that we have serious deficiencies from the start. The number of people who are doing these works of leveling, the number of people is very disproportionate between the different continents. Imagine the whole continent of Asia: one Park, two Parks. And in some places in South America we’re way ahead simply because we started earlier. It’s no science. But the fact is that we are uneven. And so how are we going to be able to level things out in this year of work. And more, how are we going to incorporate other people and make things grow, in every area, in all the parks and in every place. Planning that is more complicated. It’s more complicated. But that’s what we’re into.

Of course, of course. We shouldn’t have less than 10,000 people of acceptable quality in order to project by the end of 2010. Nothing less. We’re talking about 10,000 leveled people. That is, it takes work, permanence, meticulousness and tone. And moreover, we’d need this to have a dynamic that doesn’t stop, but that keeps growing. No, no, it’s something.

But okay, this thing of working simultaneously is something we’ve also only just learned. It’s only recently that we’ve been working simultaneously. And not like a computer: first this thing, then the other, than the other. No, no, no. It’s not like that. We work simultaneously and in different fields. Changing the wheel of the train while it’s moving, that’s recent. We were doing that in 2009 and we start in 2010 with the same tendency. Doing many things in different areas. That’s why many people get lost, because they don’t manage to integrate the information from different things. We do different things and we can’t go step-by-step. We have to make a small, relational effort. Relational, where things move with other characteristics that are different from the step-by-step, cause and effect, cause and effect, cause and effect. But it’s a nice work because it puts us in a mental situation, in addition to a factual situation, in a pretty different mental situation. To be almost forced to make relations between new things, more and more. And all of our work and the work of the School, in general, is a relational kind of work. Mentally, one works in another way, and that’s one example. They’re behaviors, sure. But mentally one works in a way that is very different from the works of daily life, from works in the system. That’s how it is.

We were concerned at one point with putting in motion a Movement that was lifeless, whether because of the process, general events over time, overall changes in the context of people’s lives. Fortunately, things went changing. The world went changing and so that thing that was the Movement was getting left behind, in terms of the changes in the world. And so we had to make a quick change to also put large groups of people in motion, and above all, to qualify them. Note that our concern was not just to restructure this lifeless Movement, but also to level people in that possible restructuring. Because what do we gain by adding numbers of people? Given a number of lifeless people, we get more lifeless people. No, at the same time, we’d have to put in place a mechanism of leveling, of qualification.

That is one of the things that we did simultaneously. While we were doing that simultaneously, we put into motion another totally different thing like the March, what a mess… What does that have to do with qualification, what does it have to do with structuring, because there was no concern given to levels of structuring or to qualification. We were doing that at the same time. Not one thing first and then the other, like reasonable people do, no. While we did all that we tried to produce materials in the School. Before anything, we put the School in motion.

And the School was neither the Organisms, nor qualifications, no, no, no. A small group of people who also had to grow in a certain proportion, to be able to give elements that would serve the whole. The School was also put in motion.

This whole mess is very interesting. Of course it’s interesting. It’s true that in these stages we didn’t have to fight much against the System. Not like what happened in past decades, which were full of hostilities, and a mess. No, we haven’t worried much about that, because things went pretty badly for those who would have been aggressive towards us. They’ve had to occupy themselves with other things, and so we’ve fallen into this restructuring, into these changes and this dynamic of qualification in a very opportune moment.

It’s true that brings with it other kinds of problems, because while they fall apart, of course they’re creating many problems at the world level, for people, for everyone. That’s another problem, but no doubt we’ve been able to work with a certain amount of room. Except for in a few places where we are, these are hotspots, because people are aggressive, because of bombs, of course, but okay. It’s where we are and what we’ve got. But we also kept it in mind that this was going to happen while we designed those works and the rest. What was going to happen with the context? And we continue to keep it in mind for the future. What’s going to happen in 2010, throughout this whole year where we plan on doing many things? As if everything would stay still, and we do our works and everything stays still.

Not so still, because we could be going through a zone of great disequilibrium… and it’s not only airlines that could come to a halt, and people not be able to connect with one another, or one continent with another, but also more things than have been destructured up to now could get destructured. It could happen that tensions that haven’t been seen before start to arise in continents.

For example, Latin America. Tensions in Latin America, sure there have been tensions, but it hasn’t been a thing of continuous slaughter. Not at all. And if there is talk about the disappeared, and military juntas, and aggression against people, there’s no doubt these occurred, but this hasn’t swept away hundreds of thousands of people. It’s true. But if things start getting destabilized, for example, in this continent that is more or less tranquil, imagine what will happen in the rest of the world.

And so in everything we plan, it’s best to leave a window open, to understand that this is moving, a lot, strongly, and badly. A lot, strongly, and badly.

And so it’s better that we work very quickly. That’s where this neurosis of acceleration comes from. To work quickly and without lowering the level. A problem. The faster you work, the more you have to lower the level. So there are certain difficulties on the horizon. I believe we’ll be able to face them, but there are going to be problems, no doubt.

And whom are we going to do all this with? With a few people who have been put in motion. We’re not going to do it with anything else. We’re not going to do it with the support of governments. We’re not going to do it with the support of institutions. We’re going to do it as we’ve always done it, but at a large scale. We have nothing to thank the governments for, or the institutions, or the banks. What do we have to thank anyone for? We have simply to thank the people who have put themselves in motion to reach other people. Nothing else. It’s interesting to locate oneself in these things, Pancho. It seems to me.

So there are a number of things that have been done well, satisfactorily. We don’t have much to criticize, quite the opposite. We have much to be thankful for, that the project has gotten stronger with the action of people who have understood things. And so with the accelerations that we aspire to, because of the need we see to change things quickly and so on, be aware that it isn’t all going to be roses, and we could take very inappropriate directions.

And so we’re not going to propose things in personal, individual terms. Because that doesn’t fit with the creation of big numbers, and big processes. As soon as we make a few characters stand out – I’m not sure if it’s like this with everybody, but it is with a large number of them – as soon as we make a few characters stand out, “altitude sickness” arises, and immediately they start acting strangely. And then all the work that was going ahead takes a step back, because it’s then that the differences start, the bad treatment, manipulations, the desire to increase power over other people.

No. We need to create awareness above all in groups so that the groups improve the individuals. It’s by improving the groups within our reach, that we’ll be able to improve individuals. Improving individuals isn’t enough, because right away people start thinking strangely. They start moving with their gigantic “I”, and stopping every interesting project that goes beyond the “I”. It’s almost contradictory – the more you strengthen that character, the less possible it is to do that which transcends the “I”. It’s exactly the opposite.

And so we should aim to create conditions in which the group will concern itself with something more. Put a person in a group and as usual, that person is going to first look out for themselves. They might say something else, but what they say isn’t important. They take care of themselves. It’d be very interesting for us to develop, to encourage, to push this thing of: “It’s fine that you take care of yourself, that you make your plans and do your things, but leave a little something as well for the whole, for the group.” It would be of great interest to us to be able to tune the head so that everything that one does would be done in function of bettering the whole.

This is very difficult to codify, it can’t be codified. But as a kind of thinking, where many people could converge, to think of things from one… well, okay, it’s what can be done. But to think of things so that the whole improves, that’s what we should try to achieve. And not the strengthening of individuals who, from the moment they start to do things, as soon as you give them a grain of power – which is of no use for anything – the mechanism gets inverted.

Well, it’s our condition, what can you do? We start from there. But we’re going to try to emphasize this thing of the whole. The more groups start working coherently, the better. Groups and not super-strengthened individuals. We’ll see how to do this. How it’s possible to do. And if it’s possible to do.

But our concern then will be to reach the largest number of people possible. Today, we are very few. But it will be better if we project the base of those few in terms of groups. Today we are few; that’s how it is. Let’s see how we can project it in that direction.

If we strengthened individuals, immediately a stratified organizational system would be created. If today we are 10 and tomorrow we are 100 and we have to keep things accelerating, then 1 has to depend on 10; 10 have to depend on 100; 100 have to depend on 1000 and then we have a whole stratification, and there’s no possible connection with the base. And consequently, the mentation of those people in the base, and that of those people at the top go in different directions.

And in these times in which we are living and in terms of where things should go, it’s the least convenient thing that could happen. And so with these few that we are, we are going to put in motion the greatest number of people possible who teach others. And we’re not going to concentrate a whole bunch of elements in a few people who will distribute this teaching according to their special vocation.

People who can reach more people. Instead of being a few, we are going to be more than before. But it won’t be enough. We’re always going to need new people who take a type of teaching or process to larger numbers. Who push for the biggest number. For diversity.

We’re going to put in motion the greatest possible diversity among us. So, not one master, not ten masters. No, as many as we can. Let’s see this closely; let’s work carefully, from where we can see that the direction is appropriate. If we’re going to do this with people who jam a stick in the spokes, we’re screwed.

So the people who get involved in this should have it very clear if they’re agreeable to working in these things or not. We’re going to work in the different Disciplines with about 50 people of whom we’re going to pick half.

And so to start with the Material Discipline, we’re going to work – you’ll know more than one of these people that we’re going to name, and if you don’t you’ll find out. We’re going to work in the Morphological Discipline not with one master, but with ten. And we can’t put more because we’re not so many. But one master is not good. They neither train, they neither train new people, nor do they get trained to understand these things.

We’re going to work with five, just with 5: Agostino Lotti, in Morphology. Fernando García, Mariana Uzielli, Maxi Elegido and Pía Figueroa. We’re going to give them the task of explaining to larger groups. We’re not going to give it to one person.

Those few who are five there, and who will be 25 in all the Disciplines, are going to double in a few months. Because the total number of masters is going to go from fifty, the fifty-something that are working right now, to 100. And after those hundred, the mess starts. And so let’s take the first steps of opening, and of sharing out the errors among us. The more people we are, of course the more errors we’re going to make, but we’ll be able to balance out the sum of errors, like they do when they polish telescope lenses. It’s through errors that you reach the norm. If instead we tried to reinforce something well done, it would become unbalanced from the rest. That’s what we’re going to do with the Morphological Discipline.

Let’s see if you know others. In the Mental Discipline, we’re going to ask the help of Gloria Morrison, in the Mental Discipline. Of Hugo Novotny, Jano Arrechea, Marcos Pampillon, Soledad Antunez and Victor Piccinini. That’s 6 for the other Discipline. And so we’re no longer working with, 6+5, 11, we’re not working with 2 people.

We’re expanding a bit, within our possibilities, to 12 people. And if someone doesn’t feel like taking on that role which we would like them to take care of, and that’s why we are asking for their help, and we are asking for their help clearly and not in a general way. If they see that they can’t do this, let us know. He who speaks up is not a traitor. Let us know.

We’re going to take this thing of the Material Discipline to Ariel Niro, Bruno Pezutto, Claudie Baudoin, Dario Ergas, Eduardo Gozalo and Esteban Boasso. 1,2,3,4,5 and 6. Out of 11, 6. We’re doing everything we can to open this up. And not three people in three Disciplines. The errors are going to add up, but so will their distribution.

We’re going to ask for help in the Energetic Discipline from Aiyyappa Bittiandra, Alexandre Samogginni, Camillo Comelli, Karen Rohn, Pancho Granella, Silvia Amodeo and Tomas Hirsch. Seven, because they are numerous. Seven, but not 1. We start with 3 Disciplines, with 3 Disciplines and a slightly wider ring. And not with special personalities that will be strengthened and who meet together in their little circle.

What else do we have? Do we have the Morphological Discipline?

Yes, you said them all already, Negro.

Do we have the Mental?

We have the Mental, the Material, and the Energetic.

25 people in total, and not 4. In any case, of those 25 who we’ve asked to help prepare the materials and then take them to the others, well, in any case there will be some who don’t want to. If they don’t want to, they shouldn’t take this task on because it will be a mess. And if they do feel like taking it on, then give your word and go for it.

This is how we’ll work in terms of who, with whom we’ll work in this way. We’re going to work in a way similar to that of the leveling. It’s a bit more complex because the leveling was done without strengthening individuals. Because the project was launched and there was time given for people to get together and do their work together. And the result was great, too. What we did had a successful outcome. People worked very well. They did it in an incredible way. I don’t know what errors there may have been, but very few in any case. And the people figured out how to relate, to talk, and to communicate with one another. There was no formal need for a master there.

The theme now is the second group. There’s no great science with the second group, because it’s very similar to what was done with the first. But with the theme of the Disciplines, things get a little complicated. So how are we going to do it so that with 25 people, we can produce materials, use virtual circuits, and reach different parts of the planet. And reach where? Where? To the Parks, that backbone that we’ve already started to build.

But we’ll reach them virtually. We’ll do it with prepared videos, sometimes we’ll use tricks like fiber optic. However we do it, we won’t do it like before, having to send people to one place and another, or asking people to travel thousands of kilometers to… No, we’re going to try to have people gather in the different Parks to receive the material that all these people we mentioned are going to discuss and then present to them.

They’ll be together around a table, like we are with Pancho here now. Let’s suppose there are 5, 6 people with a little microphone, explaining the first quatern. Explaining and each person collaborating. Because this one forgets something and the other one too, and so like this another adds things and another says, no, it’s not like that. Well, that whole mess.

And that will reach the people. It’ll get to them, because it will be filmed. And so we’ll try to have good audio and good video and, as far as possible, have it reach everywhere. Isn’t that right? But who’s going to take care of doing it? Those 5 guys around the table.

It’s true it’s not a major task. Preparing it well is a major task. But giving it will be a matter of 1 hour per Quatern. And so in one hour we’ll give the explanation of all those Disciplines. We record it, prepare it and send it to the different places. And when does the work start? After that. Because the material reaches the people and the people find out because they’ve been listening to these characters and moreover they’ll find out because everything that’s been explained there will be translated into at least six languages.

And so the work starts when the people receive the material. They get it in their language and start working with others with whom they have affinity, others in that Discipline. In this sense, it’s a bit like what happened with the mechanisms of leveling. Because all the responsibility is placed in the work that the people do. But okay, it’s a more or less complicated work, and the more effort and force people put into it, the better it will all be understood.

We’ll have a little time between one Quatern and another. And that’ll give us time to prepare the 2nd series of materials. And when we have the 2nd series of materials, we’ll get together. It won’t be the same 5 people at that point. It’ll be others. Six people explaining their things, and the people receiving it. Watching the discussion and getting ready to work together. And like this we’ll go through all the Quaterns. Pretty simple, but in reality the whole thing is pretty complicated. We’re going to try to virtually reach people who are in places as different as, I don’t know, the Philippines and Cochabamba. We’re going to try to do it and we suspect – because we’ve seen the people move over a long time – we suspect that people will do it satisfactorily because they’re going to put effort into it. They’re going to put effort into it. We should remember that while this is going on, we’ll keep other things in motion.

We’ll still have the School in motion. We’re going to ask all the members of the School to produce. To produce a lot of bibliographic material. To produce materials of investigation. To produce all those works and deliver them to the whole. From our point of view, there’s no point in producing materials that don’t reach people. And so producing materials isn’t something simple. There are minimal requirements to comply with. You can’t copy paragraphs from other people or take things from the Internet, no, no. We need to produce materials and sometimes there are complicated works because what’s trying to be resolved is done through field investigations. And so it could be that for one of these some prepare a field work which means they have to go 20,000 kms away to look at an old ruin and get the missing information so that everyone else can have it too.

So, logically, we are going to ask everyone who is working in the School to make an effort to produce materials. We’re no longer just talking about the ones whom we asked to help push things towards everyone. They should also contribute in the preparation of new materials. Of course, unpublished materials, research materials and field materials.

You have many examples, about 20 or 25 examples of field works that the School has now. It’s very little, but you can see where it’s heading and where it could go. That is going to gain much more force now.

What are we talking about? About other works that don’t have to do simply with preparing people in the Disciplines, but rather of enriching the quality of the production of materials. We’re not going to leave that alone because we’re working towards the different Parks. We’re not going to stop strengthening ourselves internally, understanding more things and producing more materials.

Of course we’re not going to stop this while we do the other, and it’s a given that the Parks continue. The Parks don’t get moving just like that. The Parks go because people put them in motion. And so the people who are in the Parks will have to place themselves well, very seriously, in order to get all that working. We’re not talking about people who are going to open new Parks. We’re talking about people who are in already existing Parks. This is going to be a lot of very intense work. Putting each Park in motion is a mess. People don’t see it. Twenty Parks is a lot of work, of diverse people, of people who speak different languages, who are in different places, with different economic problems, cultural problems. It’s a whole mess. It’s easy to say, “20 Parks”. We have a list of Parks there.

Sure, Negro, here’s a list, look: Punta de Vacas.

Yes.

La Reja, Buenos Aires.

They’re single Parks, good…

Red Bluff in the US.

Attigliano in Italy.

Kandharoli Ashram, the Asian ashram in India.

Manantiales in Chile.

Caucaia in Brazil.

Toledo in Spain.

Carcaraña in Argentina.

La Unión in Colombia.

La Belle Idée in France.

Mikebuda in Hungary.

Marracuene in Mozambique.

Casa Giorgi in Italy, in the north of Italy.

Montecillo in Bolivia, Cochabamba.

Aloasi in Ecuador.

Patagonia Norte in Argentina, in Neuquén.

Holit Park in Israel.

Banahaw in The Philippines.

And el Chaco in Argentina, Resistencia.

Each one of those has its story. It’s not a matter of spitting out… I don’t know, little gardens, with photos. And if on top of it all we’re going to try to open new fields, we realize that the people in the Parks of Study and Reflection are going to have a lot of work. It’s going to be a lot of work.

Notice that the few of us who are doing something put in motion a lot of different things. We continue with the tone, which is going to be emphasized, of diversifying activities and not of moving step-by-step, cause and effect. So there’s going to be a lot of work here.

We’re not going to concern ourselves with other activities that are now in motion, because they have another kind of mechanics and are not themes of the School. I’m referring to the Organisms. The Organisms are not a theme of the School. They are a consequence of the works of the School, but they are autonomous and one supposes that they are creating situations; they’re growing, reproducing and having more energy every day. That’s very good and hopefully that happens. But it’s not a theme of the School.

On the other hand, the creation of Parks, the setting up of Parks, is a theme of the School. Just as the qualification of people of the School through its production of materials and so on, is of course a theme of the School. Just as the care of the new members who enter the School is a theme of the School.

But there is a whole host of things that are not themes of the School, and if they work well or don’t work well, it’s okay. We will try and get them to work. Why would we leave things that have been the base of a whole work? And we continue forward.

But we’re speaking truthfully, everything that we’re saying we’re saying truthfully. That’s how the things are that we’re proposing, and we’re going in that direction and not another.

And so whoever is not okay with those directions should step aside. Because of course, if on top of everything we want to do and need to do and all that, we have to have this friction of, ‘No, it’s too much work to…’ imagine.

So we’re going to attempt an important lift-off. But we go in those directions. What we don’t know is how the theme of the Disciplines is going to turn out. They’re complex, and they move complex mental mechanisms. The Disciplines move complex mental mechanisms. And they are supposed to alter, hopefully favorably, alter people’s vision. The vision of the world, the vision of themselves. That’s supposed to be the interesting thing about them. But it’s not for sure that we’ll be able to do the work of the Disciplines well.

The other thing has been proven, and the second group that is coming has the same mechanics, it’s very substantial, very positive, people understand it perfectly, and work enthusiastically with it. If we could achieve that with the Disciplines, too… But it’s complex; it’s a lot of work to put the Disciplines in motion.

Let’s recall in any case that the disciplines started to work around 1970. People worked in the Disciplines and in the Crafts. Now not much is known of the crafts, but they are starting up once again. The crafts stopped working a long time ago and finally the Disciplines stopped working. The level we reached back then around 1970 wasn’t very interesting. It’s okay. We did what we could. But now everything is very clear for us in the sense that we are not looking for information. We’re looking to work with increasingly more positive levels, reaching levels, not information. We aren’t creating much when a guy with glasses shows up weighed down with books. It’s not about information. It’s about how the consciousness is placed, the head’s placement towards progressive things.

We’re going to find many curious things in this work. But we don’t know how people are going to respond to this theme of the disciplines. We believe that people are going to do it very well. Sure, but okay, that’s a belief. It’s a belief, and that is very important.

All of this is an audacity of thought, let’s be honest. This kind of proposal is totally audacious. What is this? It’s outside of the habitual parameters. It’s incredible, like science fiction.

So if it takes shape, hold on.

The disposition of the people is first rate, first rate.

But of course there’s going to be a lot of error, hopefully well distributed, and we can grow, in errors and in the distribution of errors, let’s hope.

I don’t think I have much to explain or talk about regarding what we’re into now and where we’re going. Because we went over that slowly. But be sure; we’re going where we said we’re going. We’re not going somewhere else.

Where Are We Going?

21 February 2010

And so… we have all the documents in our hands and we can close that package… of actions, of operations, of proposals, of… regarding the theme of the School.

Because our theme, the current theme we are talking about is the theme of the School; it is not any other theme. We are proposing the last stage of the School, or the first, if you like.

And so we will have all the material leveled, set out and also put into practice in 2010. What happens after 2010 will be the development of large numbers. But by the end of 2010 we will have everything finished.

Where is all this going? We will say it in two words: it is going towards the School as it should be, autonomous, separated from a pile of conditions from which it comes. And very original in its creativity. It will overflow the riverbed.

Who will put this in motion? You! Because we have to start somewhere. Let’s start from here.

It will be put in motion by those who set up the bibliography, the works and all that. With those people of the School, not with all the people of the School, but with those who turned up, we believe, with pleasure. We will continue forward relying on them; we have to lean on certain persons too, and those persons on whom we lean are here.

And what will happen afterward? We don’t know what will happen afterward, that is not the theme. Many events could take place and… that is not our concern, but we know that we support ourselves there.

And we will use, as we have said on different occasions, this point as the center of irradiation. So when we speak of the Parks, for example, the Parks will begin to differentiate and to diversify as time passes. And they will not function in the same way as this one. We don’t care.

We will go losing contact with the Parks, because the different Parks will have their projects, their things. We will not try to regulate an organization, an organization that has to do with this as an organizational center. It doesn’t work like that. So the Parks will go differentiating and will go giving their opinion, and logically, we will also give our opinion.

When these things go separating from the direction of the School, from the mental direction of the School, we will comment upon it. Why wouldn’t we comment?

And so we know with whom we will take this first step, or last step of the previous stage. We know with whom. We know that it is the mental direction of the School that interests us, not the details. And we will multiply the theme of the Parks. But let’s not believe that this will be uniform, constant; as is normal it will multiply with many monstrosities appearing along the way. And then if, from time to time, a comment is made about some little thing, people won’t be surprised in their good faith, believing they are following a certain mental line, and other “crap” appears along the way. That’s not good for us. And so we’ll comment. Certain “crap” produced along the way isn’t good for us. How could we not comment?

Very good. We have to make some modifications to the general scheme of the Disciplines. That is to say, the Disciplines are well proposed; this package is finished. And now that we have everything ready, to be launched immediately, we take the Material Discipline and we take it out, we make it disappear. And so then, has all this work been done to make the Material Discipline disappear? Yes, to a great extent, because we will not put in motion the Material Discipline, with its laboratories, its acids, its hazardous substances, its poisons, its stories, for a bureaucrat to appear, a little guy from some system, of the system… well from some little country, to make problems for us. So we will not do the work of the Material Discipline, physically. There will be no physical Material Discipline. There will be no laboratories of those that some expect us to put in motion. We will not put them in motion. We explain how the whole thing is. And they will not appear.

And how will the people who are interested in the theme of the Material Discipline, how will they be able to work? They will be able to work, but not in the material way expected. Although it is the Material Discipline, it will not be in a material manner. This modification in the Craft is very important. So in practice the Material Discipline is a fourth Craft that will not exist.

But the vision of this thing will exist; well, I believe that it will be possible to work in it. So the people who choose such a Discipline, they should take a good look because there will be no work in the laboratory, or with substances, or instruments, or with special ambits prepared for those processes. And so they should take a good look, if they do not have all those funny things, how is one going to enroll in a Discipline where it is not… where it is not possible to do all those “amusement park” kind of things. Where is the fun in that? … Without smoke, no colors, things. People will take a good look.

We will – that is news regarding the whole set-up of the Disciplines – but we will also put in motion the Crafts in the way that we put it in motion a few decades ago. We will put the Crafts in motion immediately, in a very limited way, with a few Crafts, which is what we know. We can’t put in motion things that we don’t know.

Although the Crafts are almost infinite, our knowledge in this matter is very scarce. And so we will speak of themes that are very dear to us and very much loved, very important because they have other consequences. We will do our studies and our practices on fire, the themes of the conservation of fire, the themes of the production of fire, and we will apply this issue of the fire to many works in the workshop. The workshops will be put in motion, hopefully in the Parks, and with very simple items. And so we trust that people will be able to follow these works. That they will be able to follow them, they will be able to follow them with pleasure and also that they will be fruitful for everyone. We’ll start right away with the crafts.

Everything has been put in motion for the Disciplines. We’re launching that, except for what we’ve been mentioning about the Material Discipline.

The framework, the ambit in which the School is going to move, is the ambit of those few people who work in the School today, about 50 people. But of those 50 people, there are a few who are going to have functions. And the others? The others don’t have functions. And besides new things could arise as this develops. Later new groups will come, the number will increase and with the new groups those functions will also increase. But today we have just a few functions.

These are functions like that of the Secretary, Pancho. The functions related to the creation and follow-up of images will be considered along with the functions of the secretary, since today it’s very interesting to have our archives of images. So many things get lost along the way. No, we’ll have this through the Secretary.

We’ll have Materials and Translations, because it’s evident how necessary and important this mess of the translations is. And so someone will need to take care of that function, So Karen and Marcos will be in that function, in the whole thing of Materials. And so if they’re going to be concerned with having translations that work in different languages, they will also be concerned with that in terms of the originals, so we can agree on the format that these will be given. Of course.

Yes, we’re going to concern ourselves with a kind of information technology function regarding all the themes of Leveling, Disciplines, and Equipment. And so let’s suppose that will be in the hands of Pancho, Robby and Federico. They’ll be concerned with that system, that problem of Leveling, Disciplines and the Equipment, and the Equipment could vary quite a bit.

The Digital Library, which we’ve touched upon on several occasions, will need to be made simple… And put in the hands of everyone, be made accessible. Because what good is it to have nearly 20,000 entries, some of them very strange, very scarce, very weird; what good are they if we can’t access that library easily? And so I think we’re going to have to modify that structure of the digital library to make entries easy and so that all the people of the School have access to their curious library. Eh, Eduardo? We’ll put it in motion.

And what other functions do we have to address?

The relations with other Parks?

Yes, yes. Those relations as I’ve said are going to be very mobile. Because they aren’t going to be fixed and in the future they are not going to reproduce in one way. No! Unforeseen events and all that are going to occur, and well, let them occur. Sure. The relations with other Parks, who do we have here: Karen, Silvia, and Andres. The whole theme of relations with other Parks. And if there are disagreements with other Parks, in the procedures and in what we’re doing, so be it, it doesn’t matter to us. That is, people should do what they like. But, aside from people doing what they like, in whichever Parks, aside from that, we can also give our opinion. Of course! And so we also have that function of the relation with the Parks.

The relation with Parks, digital library, information technology for leveling, disciplines and equipment, the secretary that also takes care of the images, and materials and translations. And we have another theme regarding Materials that has to do with monographs, productions. That is going to be in the hands of Mariana, Eduardo, Karen and Victor. So we will make official the materials that are produced that we judge are interesting for the group, not just any material is going to circulate. Material of the School won’t circulate just because, I don’t know…  just because they’re original, no. We’ll get all of that out of this function.

And we don’t need anything else, just those functions that we’ve mentioned. And the people who are in the School and who don’t have functions, they’ll do things, I imagine. Many things: they’ll produce; they’ll push, absolutely. But we leave it clear that these functions are the ones who will manage, manage the Works of School, which are diverse. It’s through those functions that we’ll do it.

Personally this one stops being in any function, because he is withdrawing from the School as of right now, immediately. We are preparing everything and everything goes coinciding with one’s work as well. This one disappears from the School, leaves the School. Why? For many reasons. For reasons of age, of health, of efficiency. Nothing, so everything is in conditions for other people to put everything in motion. Everything is everything, not just some things.

And so this meeting is also interesting because one can take advantage to say goodbye to their friends. Good. So we’ll do that right now, immediately.

We don’t have much else to deal with, but what we do know is that we put this in motion right now, and it will have to produce its big effect, in 2010. In 2010, there will need to be an important renewal with a great number of people participating, and we hope that all that will be able to be done. And so, we’re good.

Nothing else, good night, and have a good time.
